History
The seed of Expedite Law was planted in 2010 as a unique, legally trained, development team within Fusion IT Management.
The inspiration behind this new division was a desire to leverage our unique skillsets to create a development consultancy offering to law firms and their case and matter management platforms. With a global reach, we grew a reputation for delivering success for our clients and a trust that enabled us to integrate seamlessly within their existing project teams or with in-house resources to deliver solutions.
Building upon this consultancy offering, growing the team from 2 to 20+ experts, and then forming partner relationships with Thomson Reuters Elite and Peppermint we were able to develop a product suite to accelerate these projects and achieve even faster results.
Expedite Law now builds on these foundations of knowledge and partnerships to offer an extensive range of matter management and process solutions to law firms. We continue to provide that combination of legal operational knowledge and development experience to help our clients get the most of their platforms through process automation, data capture, reporting, integrations and more.
As part of the Fusion family, Expedite brings together its legal expertise and legal case management knowledge to provide simple, efficient solutions for the legal profession.
As a dedicated team of lawyers and developers who’ve been producing process management solutions, or task flows, in the MatterSphere environment for over 10 years, our MatterSphere team is now the largest of its type in the world, and no other company has delivered as many knowledge management solutions as we have.
We also have the only dedicated team producing process flows in the Peppermint CX365 environment.
We know and understand the way the legal profession works, and the challenges you face, which is why our proven solutions are based on incisive knowledge of your professional working environment.

Expedite Law in the Community
Together with Fusion IT Management, the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust is our charity partner. The LCYCT are a local charity with a national coverage, supporting 13 – 24-year-olds fighting cancer by funding medical and social research specifically into cancers that affect that age group and funding support projects for young cancer patients.
Our current fundraising opportunity for the LCYCT involves our exciting sponsorship with Clark Racing whereby we support Simon Clark in attempting to set another record-breaking performance, and aiming to be the first driver in the Porsche Club to win the title in both eligible Porsche models.
Our aim is to raise funds in order to place some laptops/tablets directly into hospitals for the patients to use as a distraction whilst having therapy.
Helen Mervill, head of operations and strategy at the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust, said: “The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust is delighted to have been invited to be a part of the Clark Racing and Fusion IT partnership.
As part of the initiative the charity is re-launching its Drive Against Cancer campaign, encouraging supporters to engage in driving themed "fundRACING”, to accelerate its fundraising for 2022. The team would like to thank both Fusion IT Management and Clark Racing for this exciting support.”
