Bespoke MatterSphere solution for Bevan Brittan solicitors by Expedite Law

Bevan Brittan

MatterSphere Development Project

Challenge: To development and implement a new matter management system for the entire practice.

Following recommendation by Thomson Reuters that ‘MatterSphere’ was the best solution for their needs, Bevan Brittan approached us to provide them with a bespoke development solution.

They didn’t just want an off-the-shelf solution with standard levels of support, they needed a developer who could customise the application to serve a wide range of knowledge management needs across the business.

Bevan Brittan also needed a company with the experience and expertise to lead on this major investment, work side by side in developing our internal developer’s skills while playing a key role leading on internal MatterSphere development workshops.  As is our usual practice, we were very hands-on during the requirements-gathering process so that we fully understood the scope of their needs, and the development adaptations necessary to achieve their objectives.

Through this process, not only were we able to identify the right approach, but also empower the client’s programme team of project managers and business analysts to develop their knowledge of MatterSphere development and configuration. Working in close collaboration with the client we mapped out a clear process supported by key delivery timelines, and weaved in the growing knowledge and skills of the project team on all aspects of the MatterSphere application.

The client has now had MatterSphere for 5 years and continues to draw on our expertise to support their team and the ongoing development of continued customisations.

What our clients say

"We continue to work with Expedite Law on all of our MatterSphere related work and Expedite remain our first port of call for advice and guidance. Our journey with Expedite has been very positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending them as a supplier to any other organisation."
