What is your role within Expedite?

I use my combined expertise in development and legal processes to advise clients on how to make the best use of their technology. I also coordinate and lead on major projects where needed.  

How long have you been with Expedite and what drew you to us?

I joined Expedite almost 2 years ago when I decided to make the move from in-house to consultancy. Expedite had an excellent reputation in the legal industry both on a technical level and as ethical people to work with so I jumped at the opportunity to join the team.

What does your day to day look like?

No two days are ever the same in my job! Some days are all about planning and coordinating projects, other days focus on investigation and design, but there’s always lots of time spent working directly with clients to make sure we’re delivering exactly what they need.

What is your team like?

I don’t work with a specific team but I work closely with the people involved in whichever project I’m currently working on. It’s a great way to get to know lots of people across the company and learn from all the different working styles. 

What have been your biggest accomplishments on your team in the last 3 months?

We recently delivered a major client project within the originally planned timescales despite the requirements being significantly expanded shortly after the project kicked off.

What has been your experience with our company culture?

Expedite is everything it seemed from the outside. The people are very open and inclusive with a real passion for getting the best possible results for clients. Everyone has been really supportive both personally and professionally and there’s a real sense of camaraderie and “happy to help” attitude.

How have you grown professionally while working with Expedite?

My commercial understanding has developed significantly in my time at Expedite and I feel much more comfortable .
